I recently applied was accepted into a low income housing

Customer Question

I recently applied for an was accepted into a low income housing loft. However following the application I have been made aware that I failed to provide all of the needed information for qualification and I am actually not qualified the apartment but I have already signed a lease. If I choose to break the lease on the grounds that I'm not actually qualified will I be charged with a felony?
