Customer Question

This is about a new lease. We received a Welcome Letter with a Move-In date of April 7, instructing us to come to leave deposits before we could get keys.
Now, the apartment complex is telling us the application was not approved. But, we already paid detailed amounts to them, thus indicating they accepted us.
We need a place to live. We are getting married april 23, and will need to pay a hotel if this apartment does not let us in. Again, they said in writing the move in date was April 7, we paid deposits, and now they will not give us keys. they are only saying they will refund the deposits. we also started paying renters insurance already, because they said we had to.
I can pay you but only if you can call the apartment people to help resolve this. how much does that cost? I don't know if you only do email and not phone.
please help!
