Customer Question

I have a tenant scheduled to be evicted in a week. Today I discovered she has vacated the premise, charged the locks and left all the light on to intentionally run up the electric bill. I have no idea where she moved to but I do know where she works. When I ask for the keys I'm certain she'll say "I lost them" . - what legal action can I take immediately - can I have her arrested ?(Florida case)

Request that she give you the new keys. If she refuses, then you need to get a locksmith to change the locks. Then file lawsuit against her for the cost of electricity and locksmith. Regrettably, you cannot have her arrested for changing the locks.
