landlord tenant lawI have a month to month agreement with tenant. we added addendum for father to cosign because of a bad credit report. it stated father would be responsible for rent if tenant does not pay as long as tenant lives in the house. I want to riase the rent. could I add another addendum. would father have to sign it again
