Customer Question

I reside in a mobile home community in Louisiana that has recently undergone a change of management. The new management wants all tenants to sign a new one year lease. I don't have a problem signing a lease. However, the lease they dropped off for me to
sign appears like it is more appropriate for someone renting a mobile home from them. Also, is it legal to ask someone to sign a one year lease, only allowing four (4) business days to respond? I am on month-to-month now. Moving is not an option right now;
too costly.

Are they disclosing the identity of the owner? Is it clear in the lease that they are the agent of the owner and not the landlord themselves?

Can we do this on computer, rather than my phone? Typing is much easier/faster.

That is fine.
