Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will try my level best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can.

.

Can you tell me what state this is in?

.

Did you actually pay a security deposit to the previous owner?

.

Do you have proof of doing so? (i.e. cancelled check, bank statement, written lease stating deposit, etc.)

.

Is your current written lease with the new owner or the old one?

.

.

thanks
