My Lawyer wants me to give a 30 Day Notice to my tenants

Customer Question

My Lawyer wants me to give a 30 Day Notice to my tenants even though the buyers will accept the tenants. What should I do?

If buyer will accept tenants get that in writing in the contract. Then you don't need to issue 30 day notice as everyone is on the same page about tenants staying on! I wish you the best. I trust the answer has been helpful. kindly let me know.
