I live in Cincinnati Oh. I rent an apartment from Towne

Customer Question

I live in Cincinnati Oh. I rent an apartment from Towne Properties Management. The land the apartments are on belongs to U.C. Health. I received a letter stating that I had until
March 1,2016 to find a new place to live. I am a retired marine living on a fixed income, I make just enough to pay rent, bills and groceries with maybe enough left over to eat at
Macdonalds maybe twice a month. I am being evicted through no fault of my own. To move to another apartment would be first months rent, security deposit and moving cost, roughly $2000.00 I don't have. Is there any legal action I can take?

Do you have a written lease? If so, when does it expire? Does it have a provision for early termination?
