i opened my home to an aquaintance that needed a place to stay for up to 6 months. i told her i would not rent a room to her. she insisted on helping pay for utilities. She just moved in. we do not have any written agreements in place. i did ask her if she could help me out by walking the dogs. she has been at my home less than a week and it has been a nightmare she has even been physically threatening what can i do?
