Hi my hi name is ** and I'm asking you this question regarding my chase bank account has been banking with them for a little over 3 years I've been having problems with my landlord $950 starting to put a hold on the check because I didn't know if the landlord sold the building or Ive been trying to contact him and he never answer my call calls regarding the things thats been importantly needed to be fixed (ext) I can go on and on and that's included the two buildings that he own which is my neighbors they have not been paying rent for over a couple of months now, but make long story short I'm having a lot of problems with the apartment that I'm in I called the code in epectors to come and especially the apartment me I also try'd to contact home slnumaous times no respond so before all of this I let him know that I was gonna put a glhold 9n the rent and I got it in order for that check to care they would have Calle me to virefy it so they said they can't do nothing about be cause find that in the any of you know so I put a hold on the check so that when he goes to cash it they would have to cont me to cash I t they would have to si my did not call me to let me know that he was trying to cash the check at all I also have the letter right here
