I live in Ny. The condo I live in is . Once a month

Customer Question

I live in Ny. The condo I live in is for sale. Once a month they do a open house. I have the realtor on film doing some very unsanitary acts and than going though our cabinets and eating our food without washing her hands that is. Than proceeds to try on jewelry and go through the mail and private papers. Do I have any recourse . also a couple of days ago the landlord enter the property without permission to leave a 30 day notice. Can you do that

Hello

You can refuse access to that realtor. You may complain to his employer and demand compensation. You may sue in small claims court.

Landlord can issue 30 day notice but cannot enter apartment without consent to give it. Its not an emergency entrance so you may reject the notice as improperly served.
