Recently a freind of mine moved out of Florida, he provided keys to his home and requested I maintain his lawn and pool until his short sale completed. He left me a hand written note stating I could help myself to anything left behind in his home or on his property. Is it lawful for me to remove anything from his home up to and including appliances?
Optional Information: Country relating to Question: United States State (if USA): Florida
