I have filed a small claims case to recover escrow from a seller who prevented (thru obstructive tenants) my inspection rights. He failed also to remove tenants on closing day and provided no keys ( access) to the residential property. The seller has filed repeated delays to prevent the case being heard and settled. This occurred 16 months ago and the property has already sold to another buyer.What is my best venue to force a decision by the court or other powers that be?
