Customer Question

our 2002 Kia with 96000 miles is stalling and jerking with lots of noise. Seems to happen after driven a few miles and at 35 and/or 50 mph
JA: What is the model of your '02 Kia? Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Sedona. Nothing really because it is intermittent and won't do it for my mechanic.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think that's all. It is driven by our daughter most of the time, so we haven't witnessed it.
