Customer Question

We opened the back and now it will not shut/latch
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: 2014 Kia Sorento
JA: Are you fixing your Sorento yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing really. I tried to move the latching mechanism around but it just returns to the open position
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so
