P0134 KIA - HO2S11 Circuit No Activity Detected

Possible causes - Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 - Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 harness is open or shorted - Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 circuit poor electrical connection - Inappropriate fuel pressure - Faulty fuel injectors - Intake air leaks may be faulty - Exhaust gas leaks
P0154 KIA - HO2S21 Circuit No Activity Detected

Possible causes - Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 - Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 harness is open or shorted - Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 circuit poor electrical connection - Inappropriate fuel pressure - Faulty fuel injectors - Intake air leaks may be faulty - Exhaust gas leaks

you have something disconnected. or wiring damage between the bank 1 sensors and the computer.

Codes P0134 and P0154 are telling us the main computer (PCM) is not detecting any activity from either of the two upstream Oxygen sensors. This is usually caused by open circuits (broken or disconnected wires), not by bad sensors. Please perform a thorough visual inspection of the harness from the PCM to the O2 sensors and let me know what you find
