JA: Have you checked the fuel supply? And are all the spark plugs working?
Customer: spark plug are new, but I did not check the fuel, and how you check that
JA: Are you fixing your Optima yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, replace the timing belt
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Did you replace the timing belt .

Cranking is when the engine is turned by the starter .

You said engine is not cranking or do you mean engine cranks but does not start .

Did the engine start before the timing belt was changed .
