Customer Question

I have a 2011 Sorrento 6 speed, when I let off the gas, I am hearing a grinding noise?
JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: Underneath somewhere. Just started today.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. Drove it on the highway to work.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: After the car is stopped, I release the clutch, and there is a knock. I have had a new clutch put in about 6 months ago.

sorry for the delay............
Greetings...... “Hi, I’m Don (akaCustomer and I look forward to helping you!”
I would have the person that installed the Clutch check it first........
Many times they do not check the Input Shaft for play & the Clutch could affect the Input Shaft of the Transmission
Also, did anyone check the fluid of the Transmission when it was reinstalled after the Clutch Install?
