My 2013 Kia Sportage has the ignition locked, the steering

Customer Question

My 2013 Kia Sportage has the ignition locked, the steering wheel locked and the automatic transmission locked, how do I unlock all of them, I know it's to get the car from being stolen, but I don't have a owner's manual for my car
JA: How many miles are on the clutch? Has it been slipping or sticking?
Customer: It doesn't have a clutch it's a auto transmission
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Trying to, I've tried jiggling the key in the ignition, rocking steering wheel and unlocking the shift lock on the transmission
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I'm towing behind a moving truck
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Kia Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
