2008 Kia Sedona just replaced the rotors, calipers and brake

Customer Question

2008 Kia Sedona just replaced the rotors, calipers and brake pads along with the brake hose. Calipers will not release
JA: Brake pads can be an easy repair - once you know what you are doing. Fortunately, the mechanics we work with have tons of experience dealing with brakes. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: Like I said before.... 2008 Kia Sedona just replaced the rotors, calipers and brake pads along with the brake hose. Calipers will not release
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: either me or another person. Is it possible that the Master Cylinder is bad?
JA: Is there anything else the Kia Mechanic should be aware of about your Kia?
Customer: 225 thousand miles
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Kia Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Calipers will not release. Also replaced the brake hose/line. Is it possible that the Master Cylinder has crapped out?

If it is the Master Cylinder, then how much would that cost to replace?
