Customer Question

The drivers seat in my 2005 Sedona will not go back. The switch works in every direction except back. What could it be? Would really appreciate your help as the seat was accedentally moved way to close.

If the seat will still move forward, but not back then the problem is in the seat switch. Same motor and wiring are used for forward and backward movement, the switch just reverses the polarity of the motor. Replacing the seat switch will be the fix for your problem.
