My 2012 kia sedona wouldnt start. Got it towed. Started at

My 2012 kia sedona wouldnt start. Got it towed. Started at mechanics in the morning.
After they tried a few times, it won't start again. They rep laced the started 2x and it won't start.
Now they say it might be the flywheel???
After checking other forums I'm wondering if this is an anti theft electrical problem.
Any suggestions?

Are you going to be doing the diag or just relaying information to the repairing shop?

Is the vehicle still at the shop or at home?

When the key is turned to the start position what if any sound is heard, like nothing, clicking, or a motor spinning noise?
