My 07 Kia Rondo has a problem in heavy rainstorms. Some sort of electrical shorting causes most of the idiot lights to come on, and the power steering and power brakes go out for 10-20 seconds making the car hard to control. This happens at speeds of 10-30 mph in the city. It has happened about five times in the last year, never before. I read online
that many others have the same problem with this car, but cannot find a sloution.
