p0171 and 174 lower intake was leaking replaced gaskets. reset fuel adaptives same codes back again cheked fuel pressure 50 psi.had on scanner saw short term fuel trims intermittently add 14/15 percent then back down to negative 2/3

If you are sure you have no further vacuum leaks I would try disconnecting the negative battery cable and then take some MAF cleaner and give the MAF a good cleaning. Usually if the fuel trim readings are is only lean at idle, its usually caused by a vacuum leak. If there only lean at highway speed, the mass air flow sensor may be the problem.

Okay then I would go back and double check for any sources of a vacuum leak, both of these codes are usually set due to a vacuum leak providing your MAF is working properly. Usually if its not then you would be getting P0102 fault code.
