Hi there. Welcome to our site. Codes P0134 and P0154 are telling us the main computer (PCM) is not detecting any activity from either of the two upstream Oxygen sensors. This is usually caused by open circuits (broken or disconnected wires), not by bad sensors. Please perform a thorough visual inspection of the harness from the PCM to the O2 sensors and let me know what you find. Best Regards.
