Kia Rio: My 2004 kia rio over heats when the air condinitnor

This answer was rated:

My 2004 kia rio over heats when the air condinitnor is turned on it also looses power
When you turn on the A/C do the cooling fans come on? Also do you have access to a set of pressure gauges?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
The cooling fans due come on I don't have pressure gauges
Thank you for that information. With it losing power and running hot there is likely either a blockage in the system loading the compressor to much or bad bearings in the compressor. You'll really need gauges to diagnose this further.
