Hello I'm Paul and I will help you with an Answer to your Question
there is a fuse in the engine compartment 30 amp
there is also a relay that is controlled by the ETACS Module.
I am attaching the fuse panel identification
Click here to view the underhood fuse panel Identification check the Window relay and the 2 30 amp Power fuses.
if there is another relay with the same part number you can try swapping it for a different relay
Click here for the wiring schematic
let me know what you find and if you need more help
Thanks
Paul
no luck all fuses are good. ican not locate relay any idea where it is hidden
The relay is on the junction block is under the left side of the dash
and looks like this
unfrotunately my database does not list the position of the power window relay.
if you could get to the wires behind the relays you could figure out which one powers the window switch by the wire colors
do you have a test light or meter for checking if you lost power to the main switch?

Hi BrianI'm just following up with you to see how everything is going. Did my answer help?Let me know,Paul
Paul I am sorry I have taken so long to reply. The information I received from you lead me in the right direction. It was Very hard to access the junction box. For future reference it is the second relay from the left. It is the same relay used for the radiator fan. I swaped them out to make sure it was the problem and it was. Rather then fight to exchange them I left it in. I called every KIA dealer between Charleston an Savannah nobody had one lol. Took 4 days to get it. It is also used by hundayi
