If you are still under factory warranty, under 36,000 miles for audio unit. Please bring your sportage into your local dealer for radio to be replaced or reset. or to test your audio amp depending on your model.

Some times you can perform a basic reset yourself (with key on in accessory position) remove the fuse box cover on the drivers side, located by your left knee.... find the storage fuse ( big yellow cover around a small fuse), and pull this fuse back till it stops and radio turns...... wait about 5 minutes, and then reinsert the storage fuse again, and test to see if radio operates correctly.
