The cloudy look is on the outside of the lens's. What you can do is go to Napa or Advanced auto and they sell a kit that uses different grit sandpaper that can polish it clear. Or from the same place you can buy an attachment that goes on a drill that will also polish them. We sell this as a service at my dealer. Thanks, Eric
