Hi Make sure all fuses are good under hood and under dash.
The easiest way to test the injectors is use an injector tester noid light on at least one injector you can get to. Cheap light sold in auto parts store.
You can use a test light to see if you have 12 volts to the green wire of the injectors. The ground is controlled by the ECM. This is what makes it work. Problem is you can only get to #1 injector without removing things but this will let you know if voltage is ok at least to one. If you have a noid lite it should blink while cranking motor.
I have seen Many problems at splice #114. In front of the intake by the fuel regulator there is a harness coming out from under the intake manifold. Gingerly pull this harness out as far as you can then open it by removing the tape. There is a splice with 5 green wires. Clean and resolder this splice then tape it up. A bit hard to get to but do-able.
