This code can also be caused by the crankshaft position sensor since they share the same circuit. A lot of people replace the cam and crank sensors together if there is a code for either so. The crankshaft position sensor is also a common thing to fail on this engine so I'd recommend replacing it next. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.

Yes I am, sorry about the delay. Next step is to test wiring between crank sensor and PCM and also wiring between cam sensor and PCM. Give me a minute and I'll upload diagrams for you.
