I have a 1993 Cherokee. It is cranking but not starting.

I have a 1993 Cherokee. It is cranking but not starting. replaced battery twice in a week. replaced alternator. gauges not working. interior lights work. truck will start after jump. but when i shut it off it wont turn back on
JA: Have you checked the vehicle's manual for this?
Customer: did not see anything
JA: Are you fixing your Cherokee yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes. new battery. new alternator. fuel filled.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

well without a meter the only thing i can tell you to do is check the alternator and battery fuses.

check any fuse that has to do with alternator, engine control, IOD, battery, etc....
