Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the instrument cluster is dead it is either due to an internal failure or a loss of power or ground to it. If fuses are good then the most likely cause for the problem would be the cluster itself.

The next step will be to remove the cluster and load test it's power and ground feeds and test the communication bus voltages. If all is found to be ok then the cluster will need to be replaced.
