Good afternoon and welcome to JustAnswer!!

My name is ***** ***** I have worked for a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership for 19 years and I will do my best to help.

Are you going to be repairing this yourself or are you just looking at what could be wrong? If your going to be doing the repairs do you have a test light? If yes then do me a favor and remove the fuel pump relay and tell me if the pins 30 and 86 have 12v, then if they are good then clip your test light to positive 12v and probe pin 85 and tell me if it lights up.. Now remember you need to test these when your cranking when the fuel pump should be running so we can see what it's missing..

power on 30 no power 86 light goes on with 85

Thanks for the reply!!

Ok pin 86 gets 12v from fuse 24 in the junction block which is the inside fuse panel. Can you check it and see if it's good and if it has 12v?

fuse 24 has power
Expert:  Brad replied 23 days ago.

If fuse 24 has 12v and the voltage isn't getting to pin 86 then you have a wiring issue.. You will need to start tracking the Pink/Light Green wire and fine the break..
