Neither front nor rear left blinker flashes slow, fast, or stays on solid when using the turn signals?

At the multifunction switch ohm test the light blue/yellow wire to ground with right turn commanded. You should see ground, no resistance. Now swap to left turn and check the light blue/white wire, it should now be a ground. If not then the switch is bad. If so then the combination flasher is bad.
