Hello, my name is***** sounds like you have a vacuum leak. When you get a vacuum leak on this engine the idle will be high like this and it will read lean because of too much air entering the engine. You will need to check all of the hoses on the engine for leaks. With the engine running listen for any sort of hissing noises. If there are any then that is where it is coming from. If not then it may be the intake manifold gasket that is leaking or an EGR valve that is stuck open. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let me know.
