Customer Question

It ran fine. I parked it and when I tried to use it again it would not move. I jacked it up thinking it was emergency brake but it is in gear in neutral and e brake is free
JA: Have your brakes ever been replaced? Have you checked the brake fluid?
Customer: It acts like e brake is stuck but it is not
JA: What is the model/year of your Jeep?
Customer: 2008 grand Cherokee
JA: Are you fixing your Grand Cherokee yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It is in my drive way . In jacked it up and it is not the brakes. Even with the wheels off the ground they won't move and when you put in neutral you can spin wheels by hand but it acts like it is in gear spinning opposite wheel
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No
