can not access lower radiator / trans cooler bolts 1998 chero laredo with a/c . 4.0 auto.
JA: How many miles are on the car? Has any work ever been done on the radiator?
Customer: 89k don t think so. air dams around radiator appear un molested
JA: What is the model of your '98 Jeep?
Customer: cherokee laredo
JA: Are you fixing your Cherokee yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes. i ve don this before on my 350+k 87 wagoneer (actually new chero style) was easy.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: removing bumper cover and crash foam would not be a problem

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There aren't any lower bolts that hold the radiator in. The core support and upper mounts are removed and the bottom of the radiator will slide up and out of it's mounts. It uses dowels that slide into rubber mounts in the lower radiator support.
