JA: What is the model of your '04 Jeep?

JA: Are you fixing your Grand Cherokee yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: New shift solenoid

Are you saying the transmission will not go into 1st gear? Also it says you replaced the shift solenoid? There is no shift solenoid on the 42RE, there is the O/D solenoid, Lock Up solenoid, Governor pressure solenoid... What exactly one did you replaced?
