Customer Question

I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty and over the past 2 years I noticed about 1 inch of play in the steering when driving on the highway. I have had everything replaced that could be the problem including the rack, the steering shaft, tie rods etc., but the play is still there. Could this just be normal for a 2004 Jeep Liberty?
