Have Jeep Questions? Ask a Jeep Repair Expert for Answers
do you have the serial number for the radio?
do you know the manufacturer of the radio? becker or apline?
im sorry they are not providing me the code info as normal you will need to take this to the dealer personally as they are requesting proof of ownership as in registration paperwork.
they will want your vin and registration and quite possibly the orignal owners vin. its silly i know since factory radios are very rarly stolen but this is their protocol not mine.
pictures should work if you bring those with you. i wouldnt see them having a problem with that
normally yes. but with your situation they will not provide me with the stereo code. under normal circumstances say a disconnected battery they would provide me with that code.
trust me i pled my case for you and tried however they would just not budge on that protocol.
i know this may not be the answer you may have been looking for but i would appreciate if you took a moment to leave me a rating for the service i did provide for you.
