Customer: wheel ok key seems to be ok

is it cranking over but no start or it want crank over at all ?

is there a red security light steady on or flashing when you trying to start on the dash ?

yes the chip key can go bad & loose Synchronization with anti theft module ?

do you have another key to try .

Can you have scanned with a Chrysler scanner or Equivalent and Retrieve system fault codes ?
