Customer Question

Hello,
I have a 99 Grand Cherokee. Had a starting issue. Disconnected the ignition ,PCM, Immobilizer and removed the starter. It was the starter. Now fixed. All back together now. It cranks but will not start. Tried to reprogram key and nothing. What do I do now?

Good Evening. Unfortunately you may need to have a Chrysler Scan Tool to get the key to program. The security on these vehicles almost always have to have the factory scan tool to perform repairs.
