Customer Question

turn signals don't work but hazard lights do. However, the green arrow lights in the dash are not working either. checked the fuses and none are blown.
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: other lights other than the flashers are working. and to have both left & right lights burn out at the same time is not probable. fuses in box are good.
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I've tried the initial problem solving things like fuses
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: just that hazard flashers work but turn signal flashers do not & fuses don't seen to be the issue.

Hazard lights work & dashboard arrow lights flash. Turn signal lights don't work & dashboard arrow lights don't flash. All fuses appear to be fine (None burned).
