Hello, what have you done and tried, what stage are you at? what problem have you run into as you mentioned?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I changed my ignition cylinder (2001 Jeep Cheroke), and after changing it, the engine will start, but turn off after a few seconds. The original cylinder works fine, but it gets stuck, so I have to change it. I tried cleaning it, and worked fine for a couple of weeks, but now it gets stuck again.

Do you see a red light on in the dash? Did you use the same key? What is your VIN?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
i did not use the same key, because the new cylinder comes with new keys. I will go check for lights and VIN, will be right back
