JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: No power at all
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?

Hi .

Yes sir no battery power and the key will not be accepted.

This is normal.

When you have the battery recharged the key will then work for you.
