Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If you've lost all turn signals and the hazards at the same time yet fuses are good then the most likely cause would be the flasher.

Since the problem appears to have happened due to an accident though a blown fuse is very likely since wiring may have shorted to ground. The fuses in question are in the junction block, in the left end of the dash. You've checked fuses 11 and 39 there?

I have and both appear to be good

Does the flasher click when the turn signals or hazard are turned on?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
No it doesnt do anything
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 3 months ago.

Are you positive that hazards and turn signals were lost at exactly the same time?

Was any wiring damaged?
Where did the replacement flasher come from?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
One of the turn signal wires were severed completely i wired and electrical taped them back together, it was the leftside turn signal wires
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Replacement flasher relay was bought at O'Reilly's auto parts

Do you have a test light?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
A friend of mine does , what shall i do with it ?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 3 months ago.

The first thing that needs to be done is test for power on the pink/orange and dark blue/white wires at the flasher with the key on.
