I see, thanks. Do you know if there are any trouble codes stored?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Once it had a code for tps low input voltage but only that code
Expert:  Jerry replied 8 months ago.

I see, thanks. Are you able to keep it running with a little acceleration while in reverse? Normally the TCC won't lock the converter when the vehicle isn't driving in a forward gear.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Sometimes yes, but it will ping and want to die orbiting it dies instantly
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
That was supposed to be otherwise
Expert:  Jerry replied 8 months ago.

I see that you had cleaned the IAC valve, do you know if it is moving when the PCM commands it to? (when put in reverse). Possible that it is not moving or not moving fast enough.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Did not check that
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Sometimes I can idle in reverse and it's fine but after a minute or so it will start to feel like the torque converter is locking up then it wants to die
Expert:  Jerry replied 8 months ago.

I see, thanks. That would fall under the "starts and then stalls" in the diagnostics. Which would be testing of various sensor readings and sometimes fuel systems. Hard to pinpoint a problem like that without testing.
