2008 jeep wrangler soft top, after driving for a little while the red lightning bolt will go on and sometimes I suddenly lose throttle response. if I turn ignition off and back on again it sometimes resets itself what is wrong there are no stored or current codes

I replaced a TIPM for this same issue a couple months ago

not to sound like an idiot but wat exactly is the tipm and were is it located

It is the main "fuse box" under the hood- it is actually the electrical control module.

ok that my be a hard sell to my customer without some sort of evidence any ideas as to were to start? this car also has a parasidic draw that ive been chasing for a while not sure if they are tied together or not but just wanted to mention

Does the parasitic draw happen all the time or sporadic? Have you set up with an amp meter to check to see how high the draw is?
