Do you have a WiTech scantool?

Expert:  Brad replied 10 months ago.

I can can walk you thru it if you do, if not then you will need a dealership to program it for you.

Do not have a scan tool
Expert:  Brad replied 10 months ago.

Without a scantool you can't program them.. We(Dealership) charge .5 hrs which is around 45.00 to program keys and remotes..

Glad I could help and don't forget to rate!!
